May client of the month goes to Saba Latoo!
Saba is one of my Nutrition and lifestyle coaching clients and has also been taking 4-5 virtual PT sessions consistently per week for the past 5 weeks! I have really really enjoyed watching her progress both mentally and physically and i am really proud of the progress she has made. I can't wait to see the progress after another month!
We have focused on making small adaptation, building long lasting habits which will lead to behavior change rather than making any drastic changes. She is nailing her nutrition, her energy levels are high and she has a positive mind set. Saba is working insanely hard in her workouts, and has already dropped a waist size, built lean muscle and her jeans are now baggy!
More importantly, Saba has made amazing progress in building a solid understanding of health and nutrition, transforming her mentality and staying consistent throughout.
Her fitness levels have improved hugely and she is now running over 7km, without any extra running training - proving that our HIIT workouts are paying off!
I am really looking forward to seeing the progress in another month!! WELL DONE SABA!
